Niger Tornadoes Mourns Ex NFF Chieftain

The Management of Niger Tornadoes Football Club of Minna has condoled with the family of its  former Chairman, late Suleiman David, who according to report died after undisclosed protracted illness.
The Minna-based Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side Chairman Hon. Adamu Aliyu Mohammed, in his condolence letter to the deceased’s family expressed deep shock over the demise of Suleiman , whom he described as football enthusiast, administrator per excellence as well as one who gave his all in promotion of the  round leather game.
“My heart is heavy, for Niger State have lost a generational great, whose imprints in the anal of football history will forever remain indelible.
“On behalf of myself and entire Niger Tornadoes Family, we wish the bereaved family, football stakeholders in Niger State, the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
” I pray Almighty Allah grant the deceased an eternal rest and we urge the family to see the death as an act of God.
Recall that the Late Mallam Suleiman David  served as Niger Tornadoes Chairman on three separate occasions and was a one time Chairman Technical Committee,  Nigeria Football Federation.
The late Chairman was honored with Black Arm Band and a minute silence observed before the kick off of Niger Tornadoes NNL Super 8 curtain raiser against DMD FC yesterday evening at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium.
