Like every criminal “cold” case reopened, we know that no matter how long ago it was that the crime was committed, if and as when new evidence is found, prosecution leading to conviction still takes place.
With that said, it seems like the idea that after the swearing in of whoever becomes President after the January 20th date(deadline) means nothing can be done thereafter even if an election is proven to be fraught with fraud and irregularities.
This optics is wrong. Absolutely wrong! Even if a new President has been in off for 100 days, he can still be removed if there’s ample evidence of fraud in his election. This should be the case. A crime is a crime; fraud is fraud. Whether election fraud or financial fraud.
